Eucalyptus trees are either wonderful or a curse. Imported in the 1850’s, a fast growing source of wood, often used as wind breaks, and produce oils useful in multiple applications. However, Eucalyptus burns briskly, as we know from firestorms. Their beautiful leaf formations and unique smell are California.
